Blue mist flower is a beautiful forb with a unique color. It spreads aggressivley with fluffy seeds as well as rhizomes. If a patch in your garden gets too thick, simply remove some by the roots, plant them in a pot, and give them to a friend. They are excellent plants for somewhat moist restoration areas.
